Kristian Dowling is a highly regarded creative professional known for combining strong analytical thinking with a distinctive visual approach. With extensive experience working alongside leading global brands, he now operates as an independent strategic brand consultant, specialising in content creation, creative direction, and the production of still and motion imagery.

Over a 24-year career, Kristian has built a reputation as a celebrity and entertainment photographer, working with high-profile figures on major assignments. His experience spans music videos, television productions, and global events including the Beijing Olympics, Cannes Film Festival, New York Fashion Week, and the MTV Awards, as well as international touring with Katy Perry.

Alongside his commercial work, Kristian has spent more than two decades as a photographic coach, delivering workshops and one-to-one mentoring to thousands of photographers worldwide. His training focuses on mastering the fundamentals of manual exposure and lighting, giving photographers the technical confidence needed to unlock their creative potential.

More recently, Kristian has played a key role with Leica Camera and Ernst Leitz Werkstätten (Leica Watch) subsidiary as Content and Community Manager. His responsibilities include global content and branding strategy, written and visual content production, community engagement, and international training initiatives.
